Design of Temperature Control in Solid State Fermentation Process for the Production of Enzyme

A mathematical model of enzyme production was performed to calculate the parameters at different temperatures. Statistical modeling parameters detected for specific growth rate and high biomass filtering and calculated. Then the best suited controller is obtained by undergoing coohen-coon method. By using integral absolute error value, the best suited controller can be decided.
