Regression Analysis of Online Teaching Effect and Satisfaction

With the popularization of the network and the birth of various network teaching platforms, online teaching has gradually become the auxiliary means or the main way for teachers to attend classes. The advantages of online teaching include the ability to study anytime and anywhere, the playback function of the platform for students to review, and the huge amount of learning resources. However, compared with offline teaching, teachers can not supervise students, learning atmosphere is not strong and other shortcomings. Through questionnaire survey and data collection and analysis, this paper learned that students’ online learning effect is good on the whole. The ranking of the main influencing factors of online teaching effect is obtained from the data. These factors are summarized into three aspects: learning atmosphere, teacher-student interaction and teacher guidance effect, and their correlation with online teaching satisfaction is analyzed respectively. Finally, a regression equation is established for online teaching satisfaction and influencing factors, and the most important influencing factor is learning atmosphere. Finally, some suggestions for online teaching are put forward based on the analysis results.
