Design and Analysis of Data Processing Algorithm for RF Ion Source

In the development and testing of long-pulse RF ion source, a large number of pulse-type experimental data will be produced. Based on the basically complete data acquisition system and long-pulse radio frequency ion source intelligent analysis and automatic storage system, according to the existing engineering experience and requirements,this paper designs and analyzes the core data processing module of long-pulse radio frequency ion source intelligent analysis and automatic storage system, so as to achieve the goal of enhancing the intelligent level of the software and enhancing the accurate acquisition of valid values. This paper describes in detail the variance window algorithm which is based on the data characteristics and is applied to the data processing module that has been tested on the RF ion source test platform. Finally, the reliability of data processing is examined and the overall performance of the algorithm is evaluated.
