Design and Analysis of Multi-layer Broadband Metamaterial Absorber Based on Resistive Film

In this paper, a multi-layer broadband metamaterial absorber based on resistive film has been designed and analysis. The absorber consists of three dielectric layers and two meta material structures. The simulation test results show that when the thickness of the multi-layer broadband metamaterial absorber designed in this paper is only 4.6mm, the absorption rate is greater than 90% in the frequency band of 7.26GHz-40GHz. Through analysising, it is found that the electromagnetic wave energy of the absorber is mainly lost through the resistance film structure, and the upper resistance film is mainly responsible for the loss of electromagnetic energy in the high frequency band, and the lower resistance film is mainly responsible for the loss of electromagnetic energy in the low frequency band. The broadband metamaterial absorber designed in this paper has a simple structure and absorption frequency bandwidth. It has important practical application value and application prospects.
