Adaptive Control for Nonlinear Processes

In this paper, we present a novel mechanism to achieve an advanced adaptive controller for nonlinear processes. The combination between unfalsified control theory and artificial intelligence is demonstrated via an application of a pH neutralization process. The selling point of this approach is how to create an adaptive controller set that handles a change of set-points. Finally, a simple PID controller structure is used to show how the algorithm works in practice.
