Design and selection of biomass biogas mixing equipment for removing miscellaneous multiphase flow from livestock and poultry waste

Animal manure contains sand, chicken feathers and other debris, in the biogas project fermentation tank before the raw material of poultry manure to remove miscellaneous. Methods: Based on the principle of multiphase flow mixing, the main structure, working principle and main characteristics of multiphase flow mixers for the removal of animal manure were designed. Results: The impurities such as chicken feathers and gravel were removed at one time. Conclusion: The purification of livestock and poultry excrement before fermentation can reduce production cost and increase working efficiency.
