Low-voltage synaptic transistor based on polyvinylpyrrolidone composite electrolyte for humidity sensing

Brain-inspired neuromorphic devices for humidity sensing have recently received increasing attention because of the unique characteristics. In this work, a new strategy for the treatment of proton-conducting carbon nitride/polyvinylpyrrolidone (C
3
N
4
/PVP) composite electrolyte with aqueous solution was proposed for the manufacture of InZnO synaptic transistors. The synaptic transistor shows an ultralow threshold voltage of 0.31 V. Moreover, paired pulse promotion (PPF) of the device successfully achieved under different humidity.
