Extraction of DMTL Equivalent Circuit Parameters Using SMPSO

This paper proposes the application of soft computing techniques to extract the equivalent circuit parameters of distributed MEMS transmission line (DMTL). In this work, we used speed-constrained multi-objective particle swarm optimization (SMPSO) algorithm to extract the values of the LC network which is a part of DMTL equivalent circuit. We compared the extracted results with the reported values. The results agreed with the reported values.
