The S- and C- band Low-power CMOS LNA Using the Current-reuse Technique

In this paper, a single-ended low-power Low Noise Amplifier for S- and C- band based on 90nm CMOS technology is proposed. The low noise amplifier was designed to better the performance of the low power consumption and low noise figure. To achieve low power consumption together with a low noise figure a current reuse technique is used. The LNA also provides good input and output of 50 Ohm matching. The designed LNA is supplied by 1 V and consumes only 6mA, this is appropriate for low-voltage applications in wireless receivers.
