The Construction of the Graph Model and Objective Function for the Cloud-fog-edge-user [CFEU] Hybrid System

This document discusses hybrid CFEU systems that combine various concepts of modern distributed computing and consist of cloud, fog and edge layers, as well as an additional user layer. The relevance of the topic stems from the fact that new advances in this area are increasingly used in organizing traffic for unmanned vehicles, for centralized urban video surveillance and security systems. In particular, the concept of a typical CFEU system is proposed, the layer structure is presented. A graph model is described that takes into account important parameters that expand the capabilities of modeling. The objective function and boundary conditions for using this model are derived. This made it possible to identify a reserve for optimization of a typical CFEU system. The features of the implementation of hybrid systems in practice are investigated and recommendations are given for improving their work using the proposed graph model.
