Flexible Views without Being Held Back by Fixed Ideas is the Mother of Invention

Flexible Views are most important way of thinking. If you do not forget it, you can challenge anything developing not only technologies but also societies at Antenna and Propagation. Why do you need to think about the sex and age of people who invented excellent technologies? Quality of technologies is an only thing you need to pay attention. In this paper, I would like to discuss the importance of the flexible view based on my experiences as a woman in engineering and my knowledge about design of planar antenna at millimeter waves.
