Design and Realization of An Ultra Broadband Power Divider for Electronic Radar Countermeasure System

An ultra broadband power divider based on Wilkinson theory is presented. It is designed to operate at power divider or power combiner which plays a key role in the Electronic Radar Countermeasure System. This presented design can work at a wide frequency from 1GHz to 18GHz which actually meets the requirement of wideband characteristics in the Electronic Radar Countermeasure System. The computer simulated and practicality results exhibit good agreement that the input and output return losses are all under -15dB from 1GHz to 18GHz. Besides, the final insertion losses are within 8.7dB while the isolation between any two output ports are all bellow -15dB in the frequency range.
