Optimization analysis of photovoltaic solar energy stent

Photovoltaic power generation is a kind of power generation technology that converts solar energy into electric energy, which has been widely used at home and abroad. As the stenting structure of photovoltaic power generation system, photovoltaic stent plays an important role in ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the whole system. In order to make the photovoltaic module accept the maximum light radiation, it is usually designed to form a certain angle with the horizontal plane, which inevitably bears the wind load. Excessive wind load may cause deformation and damage of the stent, which will cause the failure of the power generation equipment and stressed components, so it is necessary to carry out maintenance. When the situation is particularly serious, it may have to be removed, causing waste of resources and huge economic losses. Therefore, it is very necessary to carry out finite element analysis of photovoltaic stent structure to improve the performance of the bracket. In this paper, ABAQUS software is used to create a three-dimensional stent model, mesh and give material properties to the photovoltaic stent, and at the same time, the bracket is optimized.
