A novel synchronous control strategy of combining virtual shaft and deviation coupling

This paper takes the four-motor drive servo system as the object, researches on the advantages of deviation coupling control and virtual shaft control. On this basis a new synchronous control strategy of combining virtual shaft and deviation coupling is proposed. The strategy introduces a concept of mean-value coupling and a composite synchronous control strategy, so that the synchronous compensator can make reuse of one calculation results. Furthermore, this strategy compensates for the slow response and poor adaptability problems associated with traditional methods. By building simulation platform through MATLAB/Simulink, compared with the existing methods, the synchronous control strategy designed in this paper has better synchronicity, stability and adaptability.
