Design of the Secondary Security Measure Skill Evaluation System for Smart Substations (iSPEC 2020)

At present, the secondary security measure evaluation of smart substations mainly depends on the scores of the assessors, which is inefficient and interfered by human factors of the assessors. In order to improve the efficiency of the secondary security measure skill evaluation of smart substations and ensure the objective and fair evaluation, a secondary security measure skill evaluation system for intelligent substations is designed. The system has functions such as random grouping of papers, batch downloading of test data, automatic scoring, and performance statistics, which makes the second security measure skill evaluation more objective and fair, and achieves better results in applications.
