Simulation Study of Multi-platform Interconnection System Based on Electricity-gas Interaction

Combining the characteristics of offshore oil platforms, and considering the difference in time-scale response of electricity-gas energy media, the dynamic model of the natural gas subsystem and the steady state model of the power subsystem were studied separately. The pipeline components in the gas network are simplified, and the standard state space model of the pipeline under finite length is obtained. The standard modules of pipeline components and non-pipe components in the gas network are established in MATLAB/SIMULINK. The gas turbine is an important device that reflects the electricity-gas interaction characteristics of offshore platforms. The piecewise linear fitting method is used to obtain the gas turbine gas consumption model. Finally, a dual-time scale simulation solution method is proposed in this paper. Combined with an example of the electricity-gas interconnection system under the typical operation mode of a 25-IS offshore oil platforms, the simulation shows that the dynamic model of the natural gas system is helpful to study the interaction between the electricity-gas interconnection network, which can provide a reference for the use of different energy cascades on offshore platforms and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction goals.
