Joint Optimized Dispatch of Pumped Storage-Wind-Thermal Considering the Flexible Space of Pumped Storage and Deep Regulation of Thermal Power

Due to the high wind power absorption pressure in the high-proportion wind power system, thermal power units frequently participate in deep peak shaving, which seriously damage the economy of system peak shaving. However, the utility of pumped storage units has not been fully utilized. In order to make full use of the flexibility of pumped storage units and effectively assist the system in peak shaving, the flexible space margin of the pumped storage units is proposed and the flexibility margin constraints are introduced. And considering the deep peak shaving economics of thermal power units, with the goal of minimizing the total peak shaving cost of the system, a joint optimized dispatch model of pumped storage-wind-thermal is established. Finally, a typica1 10-machine system is taken as an example to verify the excellent effect of the proposed model.
