Research on test case description language

Software testing is crucial in the development of software interfaces or web pages. In this paper, a test case description language (TCDL) is proposed. TCDL can conveniently describe the process of web UI testing with a grammar that is close to natural language and conforms to manual operation logic. In this paper, the manual UI testing process is abstracted by TCDL, and the syntax specification of TCDL is designed, and the parsing of TCDL is realized with the help of ANTLR tool. Using TCDL, testers can quickly write test scripts with manual test logic. TCDL reduces the learning cost of users and improves the testing efficiency.
