Investigation of DDR T-Topology Port Resistance

The requirement of DDR for signal integrity analysis is increasing. T-type topology and Daisy chain structure are often used in DDR wiring, but many engineers do not know why to use, what to pay attention to and what the difference between the two structures is. This paper starts from the input signal of DDR signal and T-type topology matching to study the influential factors and other problems.At the same time, it is concluded that the complexity of layout is increased, so the leveling technology is added to DDR3, which makes the chrysanthemum chain topology possible.
