Analysis and design of bidirectional isolation converter based on full-bridge CLLC

Vehicle-mounted isolated bidirectional converter has gradually become the focus of train application research. In this paper, the main isolated bidirectional converter scheme is compared, the operation process of CLLC circuit is studied in detail, the resonance of soft switching stage is analyzed, and a parameter design method is proposed to ensure the realization of soft switching when the parameters of CLLC converter are different. A 20kW engineering prototype is built to verify the effectiveness of the method. At the same time, the efficiency of CLLC converter is verified with the efficiency of DAB scheme.
