Information Modeling of the Process of Providing Orthopedic Dentistry Services

The article discusses the problem of the subjectivity of the process of providing prosthetic dentistry services and reduction of its quality at high prices. The ways of resolving the contradiction within the framework of creating an information model of prosthetic dentistry services are proposed. The model differs from the existing ones including additional steps. These steps allow to control the quality of each step's technological process as well as their order and resource cost. These results can be achieved when you include information data on single prices for each step noting the qualification of the specialist. The constructed model will allow to automate the process of quality management of prosthetic dentistry products. Building the information model is done in notation IDEF0. Indicators are used to monitor the time taken to complete the stages of the services performance and the manufacturing of products in this healthcare industry.
