Dual-Band Reconfigurable Graphene Antenna For THz Applications

In this paper, we designed a reconfigurable bandwidth antenna using graphene. The proposed antenna has good agreement between exprimental and simulated results. The use of graphene in terahertz band has shown better results than copper, the variation of chemical potential μ

of graphene provides excellent performance, bandwidth reconfiguration from 155 GHZ to 315 GHz for the first band and from 287 GHz to 319 Ghz for the second band, better return loss who reaching respectively, for the two bands -22.808 dB and -44.028 dB. The modeling and simulation are performed using CST.
