Echelette based method of CGH synthesis and its application for aberrations measurement

A holographic wavefront sensor based on echelette grating model realized by a phase only SLM is presented. This scheme allows optical aberration measurement with high precision. The presented optical scheme and CGH synthesis algorithms were validated with simulations and experiments.
