Optical properties of Cu,F-doped TiO2 nanotube array films

Highly ordered films of copper and fluorine doped TiO
₂
nanotube arrays (Cu,F-TiO
₂
NTs) with a high absorption coefficient in UV-visible region were prepared by the anodization of titanium and solvothermal method. It is shown that the absorption intensity Cu,F-TiO
₂
NTs in the visible range depends on the copper content and does not depend on the fluorine content.
