An Evaluation and Analysis System of English Teachers' Educational Ability Based on MVC in MOOC

To improve the college teachers' ability of MOOC teaching and the specialization of their network teaching skills, this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the network teaching by using the relatively mature analytic hierarchy process, realizes the general teaching evaluation service by using the web service technology and MVC design mode, and solves the bottleneck of the teaching evaluation in the network teaching platform, such as the non-general, unscientific and poor expansion performance. The key modules of the system, database design, interface implementation, paging code are developed and described in detail. Finally, the users can easily and flexibly configure teaching evaluation parameters such as evaluation index and index weight in this system to realize the comprehensive evaluation of various abilities in the network teaching system.
