Imaging simulation of an object composed by partially coherent sources with different phase

The image of the object substantially depends on the coherence state of the radiation sources and their phase relationships. This fact should be taken into account in simulation of an optical imaging systems. In this paper, we study the influence of the degree of spatial coherence, phase relationship, brightness and size of closely spaced point light sources on the image pattern of an object composed by these sources.
