Stress Analysis Based on Semiconductor Equivalent Circuit Model in Flyback Converters

In this study, an effective switch model and analysis technique has been proposed for the analysis of voltage and current stresses of flyback converters, which are an insulated DC-DC converter type, in non-ideal conditions. The presented switch model and transformer model allows the analysis of the voltage spikes and high frequency ringing oscillations occurring on the switch at realistic values.
