Solar Irradiance Measurement for a Thermo-Electric Hybrid Solar System

The aim of this work is to measure the solar irradiance is a solar system. The solar system is a hybrid system, because it can produce heated water and electricity. The solar system is made of a solar concentrator with a parabola shape covered with hexagonal-shaped reflection mirrors. The solar collector is made around a TEG. The measurement of the solar irradiance is necessary in solar systems in order to rotate the solar panels in the direction of the Sun and also to make measurements to have logged data. With this logged data there can be made predictions, using statistics, how to make the most out of the low efficiency solar panels existing on the market.
