Performance Evaluation of a Two-FET Forward Synchronous Rectification Converter with Digital Housekeeping, Radiated EMI and Thermal Management

This study aims to design a 450W forward converter using synchronous rectification of MOSFETs with an input range of 300V DC to 400V DC. The converter must have a constant output of 24V. The converter must have an efficiency of 92% or higher between 40 and 60% load. The thermals should not reach the maximum operating temperature of the critical components and have digital housekeeping to protect the device. The radiated EMI must also pass the EMI standard. The converter must have a 45degree phase margin and -6dB gain margin.
