Development of data acquisition system for CNC machine tools

The remote data acquisition system for CNC machine tools is developed in this paper. First, the system structure is designed based on analysis of the whole system requirements, and the topological structure is designed. Second, the B/S and C/S hybrid structure is adopted to realize remote data acquisition for CNC machine tools. Uses Matlab to achieve data collection, data processing and data storage in the database; Adopts the Hbuilder development environment to develop the remote data acquisition APP, communicate with the database and realize the remote data acquisition. Finally, the system data was tested to verify the reliability.
