Design of Oil Injection Information Management System

In order to ensure that the oil type and oil quantity of the compressor meet the production standard in the production process, the data injection management information system of the compressor based on DataMatrix two-dimensional code is designed. The system includes the upper computer, FX2N PLC, HMI and Cognex DateMan Code, etc. The oil filling amount is set by the HMI, the PLC controls the oil gun flow according to the set value and calculates the actual oil filling amount, and then compares the actual value with the set value. If the error ≤ 5 is qualified, the set value and the actual value pass the RS. -485 communication is uploaded to the host computer. If it is not qualified, the production line stops and the HMI prompts abnormal information. The two-dimensional code information on the compressor label is read by the Cognex code reader, and uploaded to the upper computer, and the compressor two-dimensional code information is compared with the actual oil filling information. If the information is different, the abnormal information is added to the database. If they are the same, they are directly stored in the SQL Server database for query and post-product traceability.
