The Construction of Safe Electricity use Paradigm in Poverty-Stricken Areas

In the process of promoting "two substitutes", restricted by many factors such as national concept, unique environment, economy, technology, etc., the hidden danger of electricity safety in deep poverty Tibetan areas is prominent, and there is a big gap from "having electricity" to "using electricity well". Based on the value standpoint of deep intervention, the perspective of taking root in the local area, and the technical route of multiple integration, this paper explores and constructs a scientific power use paradigm applicable to ethnic poor areas in many dimensions, such as cognitive upgrading, technical guidance, system improvement, and communication diversity, so as to root the targeted poverty alleviation work, help the poor people to get out of poverty and prevent the return to poverty, and promote the construction of beautiful villages.
