Magnetic Feild Detection using Magnetic Impedance Sensor for Tracking Catheter Guidewires

In this paper, the small magnetic field from a small magnet is analyzed. It describes the measurement and utilization of the magnetic field signals generated by the movement of small magnets. After analyzing the signal, we find clues to find out the location of the magnet. Small magnets can be attached to the end of the catheter, a medical instrument that is inserted into the body. Positional tracking allow the catheter to be directed to the desired point when inserted into the body.
