Low-Complexity Quasi-Coherent Reception for 100 Gb/s NGOA

It has already been demonstrated that quasi-coherent receivers can extend the reach of 25 Gb/s networks in the C-band. In this paper, we review the roadmap of quasi-coherent reception towards 100Gb/s NGOA based on DWDM networks and/or high line rate networks.
