A study on the influence of psychological capital on job burnout of civil servants in the basic-level industrial and commercial departments

This paper uses a questionnaire to measure the psychological capital of the four levels of self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and toughness of basic-level servants in the Industrial and Commercial Bureau of Linwei District, Weinan City, and then to measure their level of job burnout. Finally, it is concluded that psychological capital and its four dimensions as a positive mental state can affect the level of job burnout, respectively. In order to adjust and alleviate the level of job burnout of the staff in the business sector, this paper proposes that civil servants should be intervened from the four dimensions of psychological capital: self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and toughness.
