Key Factors Analysis of Line Loss Rates in Transformer Regions Based on Random Matrix Theory

In order to analyze the key factors of line loss rate in transformer regions, a method is proposed based on random matrix theory. Firstly, the experimental matrix and the comparison matrix are constructed by using the big data of the power system, and the two types of data are separately subjected to sampling through the sliding window. Secondly, using the MSR (Mean Spectral Radius) as the evaluation index to indicate the correlation between the key factor and the line loss rate, the correlation is quantized by calculating the MSR (Mean Spectral Radius) of the experimental matrix and the comparison matrix. Finally, the line loss data of the transformer regions in a city of East China is analyzed. The results show that the proposed method can describe the correlation between the line loss rate and the influence factors better than the traditional mathematical statistics method.
