Design of universal, high-voltage auxiliary power supply

This paper deal with the design and implementation of auxiliary power supply (AUX). The goal is to implement an auxiliary power supply, that can be used for most departmental projects, that need to be made from line of DC bus voltage (eg 120V – 650V DC) to the lower voltage required for power supply control / measuring / signaling circuits (+- 15V symmetric or 30V unbalanced) with output power 50W. Simulation verification of the proposed converter topology is done in the Simulink simulation program. From the block diagram are then designed the main schematics of power and control stage. The result is a practical implementation of the proposed converter
