Design of a low order controller with auto tuning gain

This work proposes the design of a low order controller with temporal specifications. The controller parameters are determined by solving a non convex optimization problem. In order to annul the steady state error, the Genetic Algorithm is used for determining a gain so that closed-loop response specifications are satisfied. By adapting this procedure, designers have only to specify the desired closed loop response. Simulation results are given to shed light the efficiency of the proposed controller.
