Organization of Decentralized Real-Time Information-Control System

The organization of a decentralized real-time information-control system is proposed in this paper. The topological and computational features of the system construction are determined. Methods for ensuring time synchronization of information parameters and their processing using spline extrapolation are developed. Based on the developed basic element the fault-tolerant regular structures for computer network of the information-control system are proposed.
