Adaptive Majority Rule in Cooperative Spectrum Sensing for Ad hoc Network

One of the most critical issue for the spectrum sensing is the shadowing effect since the quality of the received signal from each SU (Secondary User) may degraded by the objects or building which obstruct the signal path. Therefore, the non-cooperative spectrum sensing cannot achieve the expected performance. Thus, cooperative spectrum sensing is used to address this issue by determining the PU's (Primary User) status from spectrum sensing results from SUs.
