Preliminary Results of Airborne Video Synthetic Aperture Radar in THz Band

Video synthetic aperture radar (ViSAR) can provide long-time persistent surveillance of region of interest (ROI) at high frame rate, which has attracted more and more attention from SAR community. A way for achieving high frame rate is increasing the carrier frequency, so ViSAR often works in Terahertz (THz) band. In this paper, preliminary results of airborne ViSAR in THz band are presented. The frame rate can achieve 10Hz when the azimuth resolution is about 0.15m.
