Magnetic particle composite materials for magnetic sensor made by fused deposition method

Additive manufacturing(AM) technology has used widely for prototyping. The fused deposition modeling method using resin material is one of AM technology and popular recently. However, magnetic material isn't sophisticated for popular AM technology. In this paper, magnetic filaments what are composed of magnetic particles and ABS resin were made for fused deposition modeling method, and permeability was measured by figure 8 coil method and discussed by homogeneously distributed models. Measured relative permeability of these filaments is up to 1.7.
