Maximizing the Network Lifetime Using Supervisory Node in Wireless Sensor Networks

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) is dynamically self configured which cooperatively monitors physical and environmental conditions. The routed information is monitored using Supervising Node Ring Routing (SNRR) protocol. This SNRR protocol includes formation of ring structure and monitoring is done by making use of supervising nodes. The simulation is performed using NS2.31 simulator. This SNRR protocol shows 13% improvement over Ring Routing with respect to Network Lifetime.
