Failure Mode Analysis of Terminal Guidance Projectile

The structure of terminal guidance projectiles is complex, the technology is high, and the possible reasons for the failure in operational use are also very complicated. In this paper, according to three kinds of accidents that occurred when live firing, and combined with the structure and principle, fault tree analysis was used to analyze its failure reason. The weak links of terminal guidance projectile were found. In order to improve the reliability of terminal guidance projectiles, corresponding technical measures are provided.
