Cellular Point-taking Method Applied to Load-Pull

Aiming at the selection of reflection coefficient points in load-pull, this paper proposes a cellular point-taking method. Compared with conventional sector point-taking method, this new method can cover Smith chart more evenly with same sample points. Load-dependent X-parameter is extracted using both methods, and it shows that the proposed method can improve the model accuracy without increasing the size of the model.
