Assembly Control Strategy and Software Framework of Micro-accelerometer Based on Machine Vision

In order to realize the automatic assembly of micro parts in the production line, an assembly system was designed, which realizes the automatic assembly of parts through modular structure design and software framework based on image processing identification and positioning. The assembly system adopts modular design, which mainly includes four parts: assembly operation module, visual measurement module, assembly platform module and loading platform module, which can realize the automatic locking of the assembled parts and the interaction with the production line. In order to automate the assembly process, the position and pose information of the part is obtained by means of visual measurement, which ensures automatic detection of the assembly process and incorrect assembly judgment. The layered software framework is designed to achieve automatic assembly according to a predetermined assembly process and to adjust the error caused by the assembly process. The experimental results show that the assembly system can realize the task of automatic assembly of small parts.
