Measurement Scheme of Chaff Cloud

A measurement scheme is presented in this paper. Because the chaff cloud will flutter with the wind, a scaffold mode of chaff cloud according to the simulation is created and measured with a time domain measurement system in the chamber built in Xidian University to obtain the RCS of chaff cloud in the measurement.
