The Effective Method to Elicit Requirements of Scientific Research

How to acquire correct and sufficient requirements at the beginning of project approval is an important factor for a successful project. By explaining the common problems in the process of requirement acquisition, analyzing the causes of requirement defects, and further analyzing the significance of requirements of scientific research projects, especially of the software development projects, this paper finally puts forward the method of deep requirement mining, which provides effective reference and guidance for requirement mining in scientific research projects.
