Safety and Security System for Vehicles

The paper presents a safety mechanism for the driver and security tool for the vehicle. Nowadays, many accidents occur either due to drowsiness of the driver or alcohol consumption by the driver. To avoid or reduce such occurrences, this project uses a facial recognition technology, drowsiness detection system and alcohol detection methodology. By using these concepts, the road accidents due to the violation of the rules and inattentiveness of the driver can be minimized.
