Integration of health and safety at work in the management of public organizations in Bogotá D.C

This article intends to identify the contribution of the variable integration of OSH management in the business to measure at maturity of OSH management in public organizations of Bogotá; additionally, the information provided by the variables OSH policies was considered relevant, as well as strategic position and strategic planning. This was done based on the results obtained from the implementation of the maturity instrument that aims to measure the maturity of the Management of Health and Safety at Work (MHSW). The contribution of the variable integration of the management of the OSH to the measurement of the maturity of the management of the OSH was carried out through a confirmatory factor analysis in R Project and an increase was calculated in the average weight assigned to the variable of 10.47% in relation to the initially assigned weight.
